Fulfillment Policy

All custom products are made to order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 days. We strive to get our products out as quickly as possible. Check individual listings for updated lead times, as sometimes we get a rush of orders and fulfillment could be up to 4-6 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Customers are responsible to pay for shipping at time of purchase. Shipping price will be determined at check out.

International Shipping

We ship with UPS and USPS, unfortunately because of the weight of these items, shipping is outrageous when shipped internationally.

We do ship to Canada for additional shipping charges. Shipping determined at checkout. USD Currency

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chiasson Smoke is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Fabzweldndesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
